About Me

Hi! My name is Haley Crenwelge, the author of Aquila Romany of the Romany Epistles. I also wrote, "When God Seems Far Away", a poem published in the EPIC New Voices 2006 anthology free to download here: http://www.epicauthors.com/EPIC_NewVoices_2006.pdf You can also find a short story of mine to be published by Xulon Press in a book series titled, "Praise Reports" Volume 3 sometime in January. I have many other writings I am working on and hope to one day bring out into the published world.

A little bit about me, I'm the second oldest of 10 children, born April 6, 1988, in Spring, Texas. I currently reside in Houston but my heart lingers in Lovelady, Texas, where I one day long to reside in body. I hold down 4 part-time jobs along with my full-time job of writing. My part-time jobs include: Cleaning service for my home church, daycare 3 hours a day 3 days a week at Champion Forest, childcare in the evenings Monday through Thursday for a lady in my neighborhood, and once a month I take my great grandmother (an alzheimer's patient) home to Lovelady, for a weekend. My first love above all else is my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, by whom I take my next breath, my second is children, and my third is writing. My long-term goal is to be a godly stay-at-home wife/mother of as many children as God sees fit to bless me with, and my short-term goal is to attend a local college taking cosmetology and doing an online Bridal Consultantry course at home amidst my already busy schedule. I enjoy writing, reading, sewing (when I have the time), piano, violin (in particular the fiddle), guitar, anything Texas and country, and getting to know my God more and more every day.
